Return Policy
Returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days of product delivery for full refund to the original payment method. Refund will be initiated for returns after the product has been received back to House of Rouse. No returns will be accepted after 14 calendar days of product delivery. Exchanges must be initiated within 30 calendar days of product delivery. No exchanges will be accepted after 30 calendar days of product delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, fill out the form on this page. Customer is responsible for shipping costs of returns. House of Rouse, LLC will pay shipping costs for size exchanges of the same product. All products must have original tags attached and be in original condition for return/exchange. Merchandise that has been worn, altered, or damaged will not be accepted for return or exchange. Valid proof of purchase is required for returns and exchanges. Custom-made pieces are final sale.
